I want to take this opportunity to extend my deepest appreciation to Kaletta Candle Co., for the many years (over 30), of unparalleled customer service that I have known. I date back to Mr. Kaletta himself, who obviously built this trusted name on a reputation of personal service and high quality of product, but always above and beyond, the customer need.

Mr. Kaletta always had a knack and intense way of taking more than good care of his customers; the trademark that I have always known from the beginning, and still continues today by Tim Arras, now owner and prodigy of the master himself. Tim’s focus is nothing short of, “what can I do to supply your need, whatever it takes”, (and this includes anyone behind the scenes, who work without recognition). I would be most remiss however, if I fail to mention the genteel voice of kindness itself, “nothing too good for the customer”, of Ms. Ernestine, (as everyone came to know), who was synonymous with the name Kaletta. And now Kim McPherson-Woolridge, Ms. Ernestine’s granddaughter, who follows in like manner, being a Grand Lady, herself, making sure that every need is met, without exception!

Dear Kaletta Candle Company, Inc.,

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this testimonial in praise of your company and employees. As a customer of yours for the past few years, I am blessed to have your professional team go above and beyond in making sure our candle orders are correct, shipping is fast and convenient, and we receive the highest quality candles. I cannot stress enough the gratitude I have for Greg, your delivery representative, who is always friendly and knowledgeable about your products. Anytime I have questions about anything, he is willing to take the time to inform me from his busy delivery schedule. Furthermore, I am most grateful to your customer service rep/office manager, Kim, with whom I have the honor of placing my weekly candle orders. She is, in my humble opinion, the most sincere and patient professional whom I deal with among the companies I order certain items from for the church during the week. Kim is particularly helpful to me since I have only been in my position for just over a year and which means I have very little knowledge about a number of your products that we use. She has been paramount in educating me about which candles to use and for what events as well as making sure that our invoices are correct down to the penny. She even took time out of her workday to compile months of copies of invoices for me when I had misplaced the originals. I am extremely excited whenever I receive samples once in a while from Kim giving me the opportunity to try some of your new products and services.

All in all, I am fortunate to be a customer of Kaletta Candle Company, Inc., and to have the opportunity to work with such a professional group of people who truly care about making sure that the customer is satisfied and is well cared for in such a competitive business world in which we live today.
